A Program for Overcoming The Challenges
Standing Between You and Your Goals

The list below contains a dictionary of terms used in the mental health field and essays describing the key theoretical and practical concepts in psychology. It is recommended that the first essay read is the “Operating Manual for the Psyche.” When the words in the dictionary are used in the essays, they are italicized. Please refer back to the dictionary as necessary.

The first essay is an operating manual about how our psyche works. It is a readily understood system that describes the origins of our thoughts and feelings and how they control our decisions and behavior. The subsequent essays are the tools in the toolkit for operating on the psyche in real-life situations. These tools will allow you to remove the fog of emotions that cloud your decision making process and allow you to turn your psyche into a finely tuned machine that will take you to success in both your personal and professional life.
